		<description>I like the thought of the "sit in class" technique.  I vote for it.  Besides that, I would vote that you have them do something really cool on the first day, instead of just going over the syllabus.  I'm guessing they won't have cameras yet, but if it was possible, you should give them some kind of photo assignmet their first day of class.  Like to go in teams of two and take pictures of themselves that somehow communicate who they are... maybe even holding a paper with their name on it.  That way you could learn their names quickly.

In other news... I want to grill some ribs.  We should do that sometime.  Maybe tomorrow after church or before frisbee.</description>
